How it works
1. Read the request
An AI model (Meta's Llama, run by Cloudflare) pulls out each line the buyer asked for and keeps the exact words it came from. Email addresses and phone numbers are removed first.
2. Price from your list
Matching and prices are not AI. A line is priced only on a product code or a clear match to one item in your list. Everything else is flagged for you.
3. You check and send
You get a draft reply with blanks where a person must decide. QuoteDesk never sends anything or commits you to anything on its own.
What you need
Your rate card as a CSV: one row per service, with a price and (optionally) what it is per: project, page, hour, month. A few past enquiries to test it on. No integration, no software to install.
Questions
Will it write proposals?
No. It drafts a short first reply with the lines it could price from your rate card and the questions it could not answer. You check it, change it and send it.
What if my pricing is "it depends"?
Then most lines will be left blank, and that is the right answer. QuoteDesk works best for the parts of your work you already price as standard packages or day rates.
Does it send anything to my clients?
Never. It prepares a draft for you. Nothing is sent without a person.
