What happens to your files.
Plain answers about the price lists and quote requests you give QuoteDesk. This page says what is true today, including what we do not have.
What we do
Personal details removed firstEmail addresses and phone numbers are taken out of a request before its text is read by the AI model. We also ask you to remove customer names first.
Prices only from your listPrices, stock and lead times come from your own price list by fixed rules. The AI model reads the request to find lines and quantities; it never sets a price.
Nothing goes to your customersQuoteDesk prepares a draft. A person checks it and sends it from their own inbox. QuoteDesk does not email your customers.
A private linkYour uploads live behind a long private link that only you and we have. Our admin pages sit behind Cloudflare Access with an emailed one-time code.
No analytics cookiesWe do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Visit counts are daily totals with no personal identifiers.
Your choicesYou can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time. Email support@getkavel.com.

Who handles it
- Cloudflare hosts the site and stores your files, and runs the AI model that reads request text (a Llama model run by Cloudflare).
- Google carries our email, so files you send us by email pass through Google's mail service.
What we do not have
We are a new company and a small team. We do not hold SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification, and we have not had an independent security audit. We do not connect to your inbox, ERP or CRM today, so we have no access to those systems. If you need a certification before you can use a tool, we are not the right fit yet, and we would rather say so now.
