Subscriptions
If you buy a subscription for the first time, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. No reason needed. Email us and we will refund it to the card you paid with.
After that, you can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Renewal payments are not refundable.
One-off reports
One-off reports, such as a fix list, are delivered straight away. Once delivered they are not refundable, unless something went wrong on our side, for example a file that will not open or a report that does not match what we described. In that case we will fix it or refund you.
How to ask
Email support@getkavel.com with the email address you paid with and what you bought. Refunds usually reach your account within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
