Quote requests for seats and add-ons,
answered from your own plans.
Procurement teams, and increasingly their AI assistants, send structured requests: 120 seats on your business plan, SSO, onboarding, a price fixed for 12 months, net 45 terms. QuoteDesk reads the request, prices each item from your plan list and calls out every commitment it asks you to make, so sales can reply the same day.
Free, no signup. Your price list is read for one request and not stored.
Requests are getting more structured
A buyer's AI assistant lists exactly what it wants. QuoteDesk reads every line and keeps the words each one came from.
Commitments are flagged, not accepted
Price locks, discounts, payment terms and deadlines are listed for a person to decide. QuoteDesk never agrees to them.
Your list prices, nothing invented
Seats, add-ons and services are priced only from your plan list. Anything not on it is left blank.
How it works
1. Read the request
An AI model (Meta's Llama, run by Cloudflare) pulls out each line the buyer asked for and keeps the exact words it came from. Email addresses and phone numbers are removed first.
2. Price from your list
Matching and prices are not AI. A line is priced only on a product code or a clear match to one item in your list. Everything else is flagged for you.
3. You check and send
You get a draft reply with blanks where a person must decide. QuoteDesk never sends anything or commits you to anything on its own.
What you need
Your plans and add-ons as a CSV: plan or item, price, and billing (user per month, one-off). A few past enquiries to test it on. No integration, no software to install.
Questions
Does it work with our CRM?
Not yet. Today it reads a pasted or forwarded request and drafts a reply. CRM connections are not built.
Can it apply our discount rules?
No. It prices from your list prices and flags discount requests for a person to decide.
Is our pricing data used to train AI?
No. An AI model reads the request text to pull out the lines; matching and prices come from your list, not from AI. The demo stores nothing.
QuoteDesk is in early development: a working prototype, a free demo on sample data and free pilots. It is an automated drafting tool, not advice; a person checks and sends every reply. This page was written with AI.
