Price the standard jobs in every enquiry.
Flag the ones that need a visit.
Job enquiries arrive by email and web form at all hours: a new consumer unit, four sockets, an outside light. QuoteDesk reads the enquiry, prices the jobs that are on your standard price list, flags anything that needs you to look first and drafts a reply you can check on your phone and send.
Free, no signup. Your price list is read for one request and not stored.
Your evenings go on quotes
Most enquiries are a handful of standard jobs. Pricing them from a list is work a tool can prepare while you are on site.
Nothing is guessed
If the customer says their fuse box is 8 ways and your price is for "up to 10 ways", it is flagged to check, not priced. A line is only priced on a clear match.
Visits and surveys stay your call
Anything that needs a look, a survey or a judgement is left blank with a note, so the reply says what you need to see first.
How it works
1. Read the request
An AI model (Meta's Llama, run by Cloudflare) pulls out each line the buyer asked for and keeps the exact words it came from. Email addresses and phone numbers are removed first.
2. Price from your list
Matching and prices are not AI. A line is priced only on a product code or a clear match to one item in your list. Everything else is flagged for you.
3. You check and send
You get a draft reply with blanks where a person must decide. QuoteDesk never sends anything or commits you to anything on its own.
What you need
A simple list of your standard jobs and prices (CSV): job, price, and what it is per (job, socket, day). A few past enquiries to test it on. No integration, no software to install.
Questions
I do not have a price list. Can I still use it?
Write one: ten or twenty standard jobs with your usual prices is enough to start. The template on the demo page shows the format.
Does it book jobs or send quotes to customers?
No. It prepares a draft reply. You check it and send it yourself.
What about VAT?
Prices are used exactly as they are in your list. Say in your list whether they include VAT.
QuoteDesk is in early development: a working prototype, a free demo on sample data and free pilots. It is an automated drafting tool, not advice; a person checks and sends every reply. This page was written with AI.
