Your price list is already in Shopify
Export your products as CSV and use it as it is. Variant sizes and flavours are read from the option columns; a wholesale or trade price column is used before the retail price.
Minimums and stock get flagged
If a stockist asks for fewer than your minimum order, or more than you have, the line is flagged for you rather than quietly quoted.
How it works
1. Read the request
An AI model (Meta's Llama, run by Cloudflare) pulls out each line the buyer asked for and keeps the exact words it came from. Email addresses and phone numbers are removed first.
2. Price from your list
Matching and prices are not AI. A line is priced only on a product code or a clear match to one item in your list. Everything else is flagged for you.
3. You check and send
You get a draft reply with blanks where a person must decide. QuoteDesk never sends anything or commits you to anything on its own.
What you need
Shopify product export (CSV), or any trade price list with a description and a price column. A few past enquiries to test it on. No integration, no software to install.
Questions
Do I need to connect my Shopify store?
No. Download a product export from Shopify (Products, Export, CSV) and upload it. Nothing is connected to your store and nothing changes in it.
Which price does it use?
A column called wholesale price, trade price or net price is used first. Otherwise the price column in the file.
What if a stockist asks for something vague, like "your best sellers"?
It is left blank for you. QuoteDesk only prices a line when it matches a product code or clearly matches one product, including its size.
