llms.txt generator
Get a first draft of an llms.txt file for your site, built from your own homepage links and sitemap. Edit it, add your key facts, then upload it to the root of your site.
We read only your public homepage, sitemap.xml and any existing llms.txt. No AI writes this draft: it is your own titles, descriptions and links, arranged in the llms.txt format.
Before you upload it
- Fill in the brackets. The draft leaves a line for plain facts: what you sell, prices or how to get a quote, hours, areas served and how to contact you.
- Trim the list. Keep the pages that answer customer questions. Delete anything out of date.
- Upload it as
llms.txtat the root of your site, so it opens atyourbusiness.com/llms.txt.
llms.txt is an optional, proposed convention. There is little public evidence that the big AI assistants use it yet, so fix the basics first. More in What is llms.txt, and do you need one?
