A quote request page
people and AI agents can use.
Get a free hosted "Request a quote" page for your business. Buyers fill in clear, labelled fields: item, size or part number, quantity, delivery and date. AI agents can send the same request as data. Every request arrives in your inbox, ready to answer.
How it works
- Link to your page from a "Request a quote" button on your website.
- Buyers say exactly what they need, line by line, so there is less back and forth.
- AI agents buying for people can send the same request as JSON, with no guessing.
- Each request comes to your inbox; reply to it and you are replying to the buyer.
- Every request includes a machine-readable copy that QuoteDesk reads exactly, if you use it.
Free. Requests are emailed to you and not stored by Kavel. To switch your page off, email support@getkavel.com.
Why a structured quote page?
A request that says "need some M8 bolts, can you quote" takes a round of questions before anyone can price it. A request with the item, size, grade, quantity, delivery place and date can be priced straight away. The same structure helps AI tools, which are starting to research suppliers and send requests for buyers: clear labelled fields and a published data format leave them less to guess.
